CAMBRIDGE / SEARCH + AI VISIBILITY / ND MEDIA LTD, CO. 10784524

Pricing, Stated Plainly

Cambridge SEO offers two priced engagements: the £400 AI Visibility Sprint, a fixed-fee, seven day audit, and the Search + AI Visibility retainer, from £600 a month, which continues the work and re-runs the citation check monthly. Neither figure is a teaser rate that expands once you are on a call, and neither comes with an invented return-on-investment projection.

£400

FIXED

fixed, seven days, the entire scope stated on this page.

What does £400 actually buy?

The full AI Visibility Sprint: a dated citation table across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews for your real buyer questions, five fixes shipped within seven days, and a suggested re-check date. That is the entire scope, stated in full, not a lead-in figure that turns out to exclude the parts that actually matter.

What does the retainer cost, and what does it include?

From £600 a month. The exact figure depends on scope, mainly how much ongoing content and technical work a given month needs, and is agreed in writing before anything starts. In return, the retainer covers: the citation table re-run and acted on every month, ongoing technical monitoring, content built around the category and capability terms relevant to your company, and structured data maintained as your site and public information evolve.

Why no ROI projections or growth percentages?

Because none can be honestly stated without controlled measurement over a meaningful period, and even then, attribution across a company's other marketing and sales activity is genuinely difficult. Agencies that quote a specific percentage traffic increase or a return-on-investment multiple upfront are, at best, extrapolating from unrelated past clients whose circumstances differed entirely. This site does not do that.

What actually determines whether the retainer is £600 or higher?

Three things, mainly.

  • How much content the month's plan actually calls for, since launching three new capability pages needs more time than refreshing an existing page.
  • How much technical remediation is outstanding after the initial audit, since a clean baseline costs less to maintain than years of unaddressed issues.
  • How many AI platforms and buyer questions the monthly check must cover, since multiple buyer groups need a broader check than a single narrow type.

None of this is priced by a generic tier system; it is scoped against the actual month's work and confirmed before billing.

How does invoicing actually work?

The Sprint is invoiced once, on completion, seven days after the engagement starts. The retainer is invoiced monthly in advance, with the first month's scope agreed in writing before the invoice is raised, so there is never an invoice for a scope that was not confirmed first. Payment terms are stated on the invoice itself; nothing is collected automatically without a prior written agreement.

What happens if the retainer is not working?

It ends, with reasonable notice, no penalty, and the fixes and content already produced remain yours. The retainer is billed monthly specifically so that continuing it has to be earned each time, rather than locked in by a long contract that removes the incentive to keep performing.

What if my company already has an in-house marketing function?

That is common among established Cambridge companies, and the retainer is scoped differently in that case: rather than owning the full monthly plan, the work slots in as the specialist technical SEO and AI visibility layer sitting alongside an existing marketing team, with the citation check and technical audit as the core recurring deliverable, and content support added only where the in-house team specifically wants it. This is agreed explicitly at the start rather than assumed.

Are there any additional costs beyond the stated price?

Not from this practice. Third-party tool subscriptions, paid advertising spend, or a developer's own hourly rate for implementing a change directly on your platform are separate matters entirely, outside this site's control, and would only ever arise if you already run those things independently. Nothing is added to an invoice from ND Media LTD that was not agreed in the original scope.

How do I start?

Most companies start with the £400 Sprint, since it produces a documented baseline before any larger commitment. If you already know you want the ongoing retainer, say so on the contact page and that can be scoped directly instead.

Q.01

How much does the AI Visibility Sprint cost?

£400, fixed, for the full seven day engagement: a dated citation table, five shipped fixes, and a re-check date. There are no hidden add-ons.

Q.02

How much does the ongoing retainer cost?

From £600 a month. The exact figure depends on scope and is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Q.03

Is there a minimum contract length for the retainer?

No fixed minimum term is imposed. Work is billed monthly and can be paused or ended with reasonable notice.

Q.04

Why is pricing stated openly instead of requiring a quote call?

Because a Cambridge founder evaluating providers deserves to know the actual cost before spending time on a sales call.
